Made in Mediterranean style villa, is located around the resort town of Loutraki on the shore of the Corinthian Gulf.The resort is famous for its natural springs, one of the biggest casinos in Europe, and a spa centre, bars, restaurants and taverns.The peculiarity of this region that here apart from the crystal clear Ionian Sea, there are a lot of pine groves that give a special flavor of the area.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace which opens onto an outdoor terrace with a swimming pool, an equipped kitchen, two guest rooms with sea view and two bathrooms with shower. The first floor accommodates: the master bedroom with sea views, a dressing room, fireplace, bathroom, and a large balcony.There are also two children's rooms, with balconies which overlook the swimming pool, bathrooms and a study.On the ground floor there are: garage with automatic gate, boiler room, bathroom with shower, sauna (also with a small pool and WC), separate personnel room with separate entrance and kitchen. The playroom includes billiards, a wine cellar, and a laundry.
There is a complete technical equipment: diesel heating system, water-purifying system, air-conditioning system on the roof, each room is cooled separately, satellite tv, alarm system with 4 cameras, and an automatic irrigation system in the garden.
There is a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, and an indoor BBQ, bar and desk.
