The project in Latvia is offered to consideration and the further realization.

The project consists of the ground area 90,000 sq.m. divided on 51 parts of land (different by size 1200-2500 sq.m.) and roads.

The purpose of use this land - construction of private houses by the area 150-200 sq.m.

Communications - electricity on all part of land and separately to each site, water, the water drain and heating local.

The land location - 15 km from the center of Riga and 3 km from settlement Kekava.

Beside the settlement on 100 private houses is under construction. Around of the ground area a pure pine wood, to the river Daugava approx. up 1,2 km.

The price of the project (land), depending on:

- purchase of all ground area 90,000 sq.m. on 8-9 EUR/sq.m;

- half of ground area 45,000 sq.m. on 9-10 EUR/sq.m;

- 10-20 parts of land on 10-12 EUR/sq.m.
