Situated on the West Coast and consists of a large quinta and two separate apartments.
The quinta is situated between the village of Aljezur and the beautiful beaches of Arrifana and Monte Clerigo.
The house has a good sea view and is surrounded with fields suitable for horses grazing. There are three lakes on this land. The size of the land is 160,000 m2.
The living house is approximately 300 m2 in size, very well built in 2004. It contains five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet, a large living room with an open fireplace, an open kitchen and a double garage.

Besides the three lakes there are also several ponds in the garden, to enjoy the colourful fish and water lilies close to the house.
Given the location of the quinta in the natural park on the West Coast of the Algarve the lakes play a special part in the local ecosystem. All kinds of birds come to breed and feed. There's always something to watch for the nature lover.
This property has a good sea view. It is located close to the Atlantic Ocean. That brings a microclimate with it. The summers are warm and very pleasant thanks to the sea breeze. The winters aren't cold and they're mostly dry. The temperature difference is less extreme than in the South of the Algarve, because of the influence of the Atlantic.
The garden exists of many plants and trees. The house is surrounded by palm trees, grapes and figs. The ecological garden consists of full-grown fruit trees like oranges, pomegranates, lemons, plums and pears. All kinds of vegetables grow here, from pumpkins to zucchinis, from egg plants to peppers. All thanks to the fertile ground and available water.
Besides the unlimited amount of eucalyptus and acacia also many olive trees and oaks grow on the land. Agaves, aloe vera and medronho add to the rich flora. The original wild gladiolus and other such flowers can be found too. Not to forget: the cacti with their colourful and edible fruits.
