Road paving, intersections, pedestrian prioritized roadways, on grade parking and paved areas make it easier to move through the development.
SECURITY
The gatehouse provides the only access to the estate ,perimeter stone wall and electric fence with silent alarm system,24 hours manned security security walkway within the estate along the perimeter wall, this allows security guards to patrol day and night around the estate.
PRIVACY
Every single unit has a short stone wall and a single gate to maximize on privacy, each gate has an electrical bell, and enough parking for at least 3 vehicles within individuals compound.
